Yeah; that yellow & green threw me off when I first peeped that. Interested to know the history behind it.

My bad. I saw those as a one off. The white with the U and the racing stripes is timeless. That should always be the standard.
 
Maybe I’m in the minority, but I hate the black helmets. It’s only associated w/ one great moment...beating ND at The Rock in fashionable form. Other than, our most embarrassing moments came in these unis:

2017: OB v. Wisconsin
2018: Against GT
2020: UNC debacle

Oh & since they are known as “Miami Nights”; 2019, Adidas giving FIU the same theme & we become the 1st P5 team to lose against them.

Yeah, Fck that black helmet & the notion of Miami Nights.
