College I went to years ago told us. "D is for Done."

He's going to have 40-50 new players. I expect a complete train wreck next year, with the built in excuse of having so many new players.

He was already on staff as LB coach and was promoted. But there's a trend in Mario's defensive coordinators.

Mario waited until February 13th to fire Jim Leavitt. Then promoted his LB coach (Avalos) on February 27th.

Mario gave his LB coach (Wilson) a bump in title to Co-DC in December. Avalos leaves for Boise St in January. Wilson is promoted to DC (with 2 Co-DC. one of them was Joe Salave'a).

Just sayin.. Mario already has a Co-DC at LB coach on staff and a former Co-DC ready to go if he moves on from Steele. After signing day In mid February of course.
