You would have to guess at some point, somebody on the PR team would tell him how this stuff comes off. It's borderline insulting.

But I'm guessing that he doesn't really care any more how it sounds, and every successive statement is just an incremental dare to the administration to fire him.

The next 12 months are going to be the absolute worst time in the history of this program. Buckle up.

Yep, and it's gonna start on 12/27 whether we win or lose. If we lose, you know the drill, more excuses, blah blah. If we win (limping or blowout), the fluffers will come out in full force praising corch and the team and talking about how what a great momentum builder into the new year this win will be.,

Will he get to a .500 record next year? He's what 28-21 or 28-22 right now? I think so. If you are .500 or within 5 losses of being .500 at Miami after 5 years you are an awful coach.

From when he got here until now he is basically saying he isn't worth a **** as a coach bc his players aren't good enough yet. He is saying we need a top 5 class for 4 straight years in recrutimg to compete. Until then we are working toward that.

It's ******* sickening

I would rather listen to Randy Shannon's interviews played on a loop for the rest of my life than hear this fat blob of **** utter one more syllable.

LOL at anyone still excusing this **** ****ed failure's recruiting shortcomings due to the cloud when he brings it up at every opportunity. What's hilarious is, when people thought Miami was under sanctions, they weren't. And now that they are, people think that's all over with. But here comes this sweaty dumbass reminding anyone who may be under the misconception that it's all good at Miami that, no they are indeed under NCAA sanctions.

Except it's not because he's a dumbass (although he is that, too) -- it's because he's a coward. He needs an excuse, even if bringing up that excuse is detrimental to the program's recruiting efforts.

I am so tired of the guy's bullsh!t. How is the program supposed to man up if the coach won't?

This guy man, it's unbelievable

Golden: "It is what it is. We're still on probation, we're going to be for another year...we're going to keep moving the program forward..."
11:02am - 19 Dec 14

Same interview he said this though...

Golden was asked today about impact the NCAA investigation still has on his team. Didn't care to discuss it much, says focus is now.

You just can't make this **** up.

You know how you answer that question? Like a ******* BOSS.

"What? Are you kidding me? Are you kidding me? What penalties? We've got GREAT players on this team more than capable of winning against any team they face. There is NO adversity they can't overcome. I fully expect us to win the ACC next year and be in the hunt for the playoffs. NEXT QUESTION"
