Not to defend manny but this the same breville jinco that sat out every time he broke a nail?
So you're just doing it to be a dikc then, not to defend Manny. Dude got hurt playing football on this ****** team. Cause he's an undersized TE that played his *** off when he was there. But our great fans gotta discredit that to defend this coach.

I mean call it whatever you want, but you're White Knighting for Manny in that case. I know which side I'd rather be on.

This is the same **** people on here did when Hasselwood called us during his recruitment. The mental gymnastics it must take to look at what has gone on here for 15 years and determine that everyone that has been inside and then speaks out is actually the problem is staggering to me.
Who said anything about Manny?

Two statements can be true at the same time.

#1 Manny and crew have failed at properly utilizing and developing guys.
#2 Brevin is Mr. Glass and was unavailable for more than half the games the team played while he was here. The best ability is AVAILABILITY.

Kids like Jordan need someone that will hold him accountable and tell him like it is! Manny is the type that will show you love in your face but kill you behind your back! People will never respect that and we’ve haven’t had a tough coach who isn’t scared of these kids in years! Smh

Or it could be that he was successfully standing up 300 lb defensive linemen as a freshman thru his junior year so that our running plays would actually work. Travis Homer and DJ Dallas were drafted off of Brevin’s blocks. Watch their highlights tapes or review any game breakdown by Lance Roffers (UFR) if there’s any question of Brevin’s toughness or impact on this offense since his arrival. He was injured often but we all see the impact of his absence this season.

Lol he measured 6'3" 247 lbs. The average NFL TE is 1/2 inch taller and 7lbs heavier. Stop with the excuses.

We were supposed to have a run and gun O yet we always do at least 2-3 hand offs per O series no matter the QB.

How do you know he wasn’t suspended. He missed a ton of games here. And how do you know Brevin isn’t lying or exaggerating?

Seems to me the you're the one that's "exaggerating" with the "He missed a ton of games".

Facts, Jordan ONLY missed 6 games in His career with the bulk of them (THREE) being last year, now who's "exaggerating"? LOL

Right, but some here were lauding Mallory's blocking skills even though He's been a human turnstile since He's stepped on campus, and "He's missed a ton more games" than Brevin LOL.

What's your source for that average size data?
Here's a more relative link for CFB players

NCAA Division 1—FBS

  • Average college football player size for TEs: 6’4” / 241 lbs

The NFL link (yes i know college research paper)

He was out six of 24 games his sophomore and junior seasons. Missing 25% of your starts with multiple injuries over two years is a ton of games.

If you show up to practice drunk, there is a lot wrong with the player. A college, high school, pro, middle school, semi-pro, pee-wee league player knows not to show up to practice drunk. If he did this then he's a borderline loser and will soon be out of the league as people rarely develop discipline in the pros that they lacked in college. Not impossible, but rare. Don't need a coach on this issue because the player ahs bigger issues than a coach can fix.

If a coach lies about a player being drunk, the coach is a borderline loser and should never coach again at any level (see levels listed above).

FYI, it is pretty dumb for Brevin to expose this information, whether true or not. We will never know whether Diaz said these things, but now all of us are left wondering if Brevin showed up to practice drunk. Sometimes the rumor/innuendo is as bad as the truth, which in this case will never be revealed. Brevin screwed himself with this and does not even know it. Dumb, dumb, dumb.
If he did show up hungover..he won’t be the first nor the last

Didn’t the former players say they showed up hungover/drunk to practice & workouts…(now if this happens a lot it’s a problem & player needs help)I wouldn’t call them losers come on man…Alcoholic yes loser naw..
I would argue that hungover and drunk are different.
Years ago my friend worked out with Richard Dent and Derrick Thomas during the off season in Atlanta. Their routine (not my friend) was to go to Magic City all night until it closed at 4am. Then sleep for 2-3 hours and be at the track by 7am. He said you could smell what they drank the night before. Were they hung over-yep. But they stopped drinking long enough not to be drunk for their workout.
So some of this may come down to the semantics of drunk vs. hungover. But a person who is drunk is a danger to himself and others.

If a substance controls one's life, the substance is winning and the person is losing.
