**** the Coastal. Winning the Coastal was only supposed to be a barometer showing that we were making forward progress. Anybody who says that our goal is to win the Coastal needs to GTFOH!.

No one should care about winning the Coastal for a coach heading into Year 5 at Miami. Winning the Coastal was the bare minimum expectation for Golden in Year 4. He failed miserably by tying for last in the weakest division among the Power 5.

Forget Golden. The criteria for any head coach at Miami in Year 5 of their tenure reads as follows:

- Double-digit wins
- Beat FSU
- Win the ACC and play in a BCS Bowl game

It's amazing to me that anyone would be backing Golden based on a premise that he can win the Coastal, which he's clearly proven he cannot. The bar should not be lowered because of how apathetic this administration is to winning.
