Forget the players and forget the coaches, they both represent symptoms.

The disease is an incompetent and apathetic administration that doesn't give about creating a winning football program. That leads to bad coaching decisions which leads to bad play on the field....and then the cycle just feeds itself over, and over, and over.

And THEN the coach gets an extension.

Completely agree. Everyone always talks how good these players are in practice , but you never see it on saturdays

Bye weeks give too much time. Non-bye weeks don't have enough time. This is why we're a mess.
 
Do you actually think anyone but complete JAGS are going to want to play for this ****hole and these **** coaches? Do you realize that as soon as this season ends every halfway decent talent on this dog dump team is going to hit the Portal immediately?
