Gino throwing players under bus

It seems like there is just no pride on this team. They play scared and not to lose rather than coming out and kicking someone's a#$ up and down the field it does fall back on the coaches

how are the players supposed to take over the game and make plays when they are told not to freelance or rise to the occasion?
 
Yeah take charge and be called 'ME'. Sometimes you have to wonder if some of these ex players are on crack.
 
Foldo doesn't want players that make plays. He wants Deon Bush's pick to be shared by the whole secondary. Like no O....Bush did that ****
 
Nobody is saying guys have to freelance just make the play they are supposed and step up. . There is no freelancing needed for gall to execute a block on third down. Crawford to put his hands up. For Kaaya to hit Brady in stride. For brady to make a catch for Jenkins to make a tackle. . Make a sack when your team needs it.
 
Al is telling his kids not to rise to the occasion. They are complying with the coaches instructions.

Yep, sounds like "me first" type of player, per Al Golden logic.

So let's just pretend for a moment that there is nothing wrong schematically (I know, but just go along with it). 4+ years into the Golden era, the players he recruited and is responsible for teaching are still making the same mistakes that were made in year one of his tenure. Who's fault is that?

Agreed. We're reading too much into it. Gino is grasping at straws here trying to motivate players externally (too bad we don't have staff to handle that internally) during FSU week but it doesn't mean he wouldn't support a coaching change. He's probably as sick of being embarrassed as anyone and is just throwing **** at the wall right now with those comments.

Im all for bashing Golden but Gall looked like **** out there. We cant hold him accountable? Brady dropped a TD..We cant hold him accountable? The Oline had penalty after penalty..We cant hold them accountable? Jenkins whiffed on that first TD and Kirby AND McCord didnt pursue the ball...We cant hold them accountable?

This is FSU. They will embarass us if they can. If we get blown out, all im saying is that I am not blaming that 100% on Golden. The players have to hold themselves accountable for SOMETHING.
 
Coaching bad and the team soft. Al Golden is garbage, and Coley is no better. But they aren't the ones out there getting ran over, and blown off the line of scrimmage. How may times have we seen our Guard get put on their *** by the respective team's DT? How many times have DB's whiffed on tackles. How many dropped balls?
 
The team takes on the personality of the HC. Al's a soft , stupid *****, so guess what that means?
 
Gino needs 2 weeks in Al Goldens social experiment camp... We will see how he feels after being fed BS and threatened with bench time if he doesn't speak the company line...
How did your coach run things Gino..... STFU about these kids who are being misused and misguided...
You where on a great team with great coaches,
If you comply we won't speak of your non-existent NFL career

One - Dont like Al (want him to go) however Gino had players around him that could take over games
- On D alone we had 4 players that went pro and became All Pro - M Barrow, W Sapp, Armstead and D Smith - we dont have anything like that on this team

PS Asst Coaches - Ed Orgeron, Tuberville and Randy - 3 coaches that became HC's ..... dont have that talent either
 
Golden hates individual play making

He would bench guys like Ed Reed, Sean Taylor, Vince Wilfork, etc...

That's all you need to know about this fool

Hey dumbass if we let our players attack we might have the same outcome . We have our 5 star de kids holding up blockers instead of attacking . It's the **** scheme
 
If you think any of these kids will be All Pro at the next level you are the dumbass - everyone said Chik wasnt used correctly and he would be player on sunday - he didnt make a team

It is very possible we have a crappy coach AND very average players
