Ohh ****. that purple city byrd gang lol. Basically lol. He would sign dudes that really werent rappers like Tru Life and Mel and they basically would act like his security. The thing is he did a bad job of picking these dudes because 2 of the 3 ended up robbing his *** lol. Word is Jim was a real street dude, but not high level or anything. just a regular hustler, but he has a big mouth and started beef with a lot of dudes he shouldn't have. The funny thing is the last guy he paid for security Mel Matrix is know running security and allowing 6ix9ine to rep the bloods too lol. 50 though like you said is thorough. You can't find many rappers that beefed with preme and lived to talk about it. E money baggs beefed with preme and got bodybagged.

Yah I **** with all 3 groups. Rap a lot is my favorite, but you can't compare that to Biggie, jay Z, Nas, Wu tang, and all of the other legends that came out of NY and you are comparing the entire south to one city.

I am sure you can find someone that still listens to Chingy, but I'm talking about on a somewhat relevant level. 2 Live was cool because they made it ok for rappers to say whatever the **** they wanted, but they are not good. You won't find many people born after 86 that ever really liked 2 live crew. I love 80s rap. I love 90s rap. I love 00s rap. I like the new rap. From the 80s I listened to all the greats from Eric B and Rakim, EPMD, Schooly D all the way to Too Short and Ice T on the west coast, but 2 Live crew just isn't good. They constantly repeat the same **** in their songs. Like the frat where they shout out all the frats. And the song where they are like UM ***** is real good ***** and ND ***** aint ****. then Bethune Cookman is good ***** and SPellman ***** aint ****. OR something like that.
