He's not 285 anymore either. Closer to 300 lbs. Middle of the first round.

Gotta see how it shakes out but Willis could end up going before Ed Oliver

He didnt take leave of absence at uf. And the dude has been at miami for 4 years and they keep saying a uf transfer.

Love G but there's no way. Saying Ed could be the number 1 overall pick.

There are a few red flags on Oliver:
-great first step but not a great finisher or great hand usage
-may be much smaller than listed
-coddled (his position coach was his old HS coach)
-character (yelling match w Applewhite)
-entitlement (declaring before junior season, skipping bowl)

He will be a good pro, and obviously Willis has his own red flags, but I wouldn’t be shocked to see Oliver drop out of the top 15

Whenever the Dolphins have a glaring need and the Hurricanes provide a solution, the always seem to pass (inexplicably). Yes the Dolphins need a QB but if they draft ANY other position outside of QB and pass on Willis it will be a huge mistake. They desperately need a DT and this kid would walk in and solve that day 1.

Exactly. It has been this way for so long. The rest of the league gets fat on UM players while the Dolphins ignore the guys in their own backyard and pick the first available dude from Notre Dame, Penn State, or Ohio State*.
