Georiga, That's A Real Offense

Can you guys really not see the talent difference between our team and UGA? Give the man his 4 years to turn it around. If anyone deserves the time it's Rick... one the winningest coaches of all time. I don't agree with all of his decisions but I still trust him to make the program an elite one again.

Only hardcore slurpers would claim Richt is responsible for UGAs season.

UGA hired Sabans rigjt hand man and now look like Bama.

We hiredUGA trash and look like UGA.

I wish we looked like UGA..

IMO, Georgia's current offense is the one Richt wants to run here. It's very similar to what he ran when he was there, honestly. Stock a stable of RBs, run the ball, set up playaction, keep the D honest and exhausted.

What a great D? With millions of dollars invested in 2 DC and they gave up over 500 yards in total offense! Why are we hearing about that!

It's all relative. Baker and company would likely hang 1,000 yards on us.

Imagine if all these studs from UGA would have went to BTW and played youth football in Dade County.

Props to Smart for his success. Yes, he has a senior-laden team of Richt recruits. But, he still won. And came back from 31-14. Despite the high score UGAs defense played a major part. OU only scored 10 points in the second half and OT. (I’m not counting the Sooner’s scoop and score).

Defensive adjustments helped win as much as Chubb and Michel. UGA never would have caught OU otherwise.

They got a True Freshman QB.
He's not mobile, he can't run.
They let him change the play at the line of scrimmage if need be.
They have motion in their offense.
They direct snap to the RB.

Why you think Richt had to give up play calling at UGA?
Cause his play calling sucked!

Now he wants to come here and call plays.
It's year two and his play calling still sucks!

Last year he had a QB who could throw.
But the excuse was he's not mobile.
This year he got a mobile QB.
But the excuse is he can't throw.

I'm starting to think we need more than a OC.
Coach Chud is available.

Would be a tragic mistake. Miami isnt an OL area. Spread QBs who can run should be the focus.

Disagree. Florida and South Florida are producing better and better OL. Not to mention our penchant for recruiting OL nationally anyway. And that offense is headed to the national championship game with a bunch of South Florida skill players. The ability of the QB to improvise and extend plays is for sure a great asset, but it doesn't negate the focus of the offense which is being able to impose your will on the defense.

Our fans are really dumb if they think our talent level on offense except at wide receiver is even close to Georgia’s.
