Precisely if players cant transfer every season, you cant entice them into the portal with money. I think i support John Calapari strategy, 1 free transfer after that it goes back to what it was before where you sit out. Either that, or make players sign contracts thats enforceable.
I think what we'll see is an attempt by schools to own a player's NIL rights for X number of years (per each contract). That way the player can still transfer freely, but won't be able to get new NIL deals til that initial contact years expire. But then it gets interesting because schools with bigger budgets could offer to buy the contract out, much like coaches.

Yeah i think its gonna have to be tied some way or people been saying have them be considered employees of the schools and such. Not sure whats the best way but control the portal and alot of this is fixed and also the high school recruiting becomes more valuable again.

With the help of Kirby's father, Sonny Smart. Everyone up here in Georgia knows about Sonny and his deep, deep ties in the GA high school recruiting circuits.

This seems fake. Cops don’t generally give speeches while making arrests.
Those aren't the cops my guy, they are a group that exposes the pedophile, which is needed since leadership and those in power continuously and endemically participate and allow it to continue.

Not fake at all.

So this was not an arrest. This was some grassroots group pulling a Chris Hansen according to this story:

This has been corroborated (for lack of a better term) by other media. Now I'm confused. I get the entire "lock em up" mentality towards accused pedophiles. At the same time, we also have things in this country like due process, right to an attorney, Miranda Rights, etc. I'm no lawyer and I don't pretend to be one. I am confused because while I think pedos are gross, I also don't really like these entrapment tactics. I'm not condoning any behavior by either side. I'm genuinely confused by it all and I think it's all gross.

The End.

They're not cops. People go around doing this in public places, humiliate them, then call the police on them. Win win in my book
What if the freedom fighters make a mistake? Does "oops, my bad" get them rehired from their job? Does it erase the public shame? Does it patch their families back together? I'm all for getting pedos out of society, but these vigilante tactics give me reason to pause (pun not intended).
