George Brown transferring

I apologize for my ignorance but I'm generally curious, but wouldn't we get a scholarship back with him leaving?
Not really. He was leaving anyhow, and we are below the 85 limit, amd we do not get an increase in the annual limit.

I live in Philly (very few social media connections to SFla), use very little social media, and Brown attempted to follow me on ig like 3 times (I denied each request but he kept coming back). My guess is he was going to canes-related ig sites and following people in the hopes that they would follow him back.

Anyone with the time or desire to do that **** isn't gonna hack it on the OL. Soft like Charmin. Next.
Kid lived in the skrip club down here.

Never should have taken him, and I said that back when everyone was spunking on themselves about getting an SEC lineman.

Dumb motherfcking cucks think anything associated with that conference is gold. Meanwhile, LSU’s offense is a toilet, and Brown couldn’t get on the field there.

One man’s trash is another man’s trash.

Did that change too? Regardless of ICs, you've always been able to fill 85 scholarships. That's ridiculous if so.

Nope. The IC rules go "on top of" the 85. Sure, you can give out 85 scholarships...but some of them have to go to walk-ons once the IC rules kick in.

Exactly.

Our fans always think every transfer from the Bama, LSU, Clemson etc is going to be superstar, when that's not the case. Normally kids that don't play there are overrated busts who couldn't hang & can't deal with the tough environment that comes with playing at those programs.

Those schools don't throw away talent, if they freely let a player go, the odds are they're no good.

Same sh*t with Asa Martin.
