Getting to 10+ wins consistently helps because your “applicant” pool expands, and you gain the luxury of offering various forms of ultimatums. This is why it’s just as important to have coaches who are superior with Xs and Os as it is to have master recruiters. Obviously, the really great ones excel at both.
