Rivals (formerly on3) does its own thing. Charles Power really tracks the multisport, verified testing, combine stuff and does in-depth studies on the NFL Draft every year.

I think Mueller's combo of verified size and mutisport background appeals to them. He's also new to football and balling as a senior, which points to an upwards trajectory.

We exchanged posts about Briggs earlier where I said I wanted this guy in addition to Briggs because he is built more like Arroyo. You two reminded me Arroyo came in light and developed, and believe Briggs can do the same. Hopefully now we get both recruits and let it play out.

Miami has made a big-time flip late in the 2026 cycle, flipping four-star TE Gavin Mueller from Colorado.



At 6-foot-5 and 255 pounds, Mueller provides the prototypical TE build. He can serve as the traditional Y tight end, but also provides a threat in the passing game with some real athleticism and catch point prowess.

On the athletic end, the No.1 player in Illinois checks all the boxes with an 82-inch wingspan, 4.5 40-yard alongside a 36 inch vertical and 10 foot broad jump.
