They’re much improved, but Auburn is going to struggle to win 6 games this year, and Florida’s defense is horrific.
 
You better get down on this now cause that line will change drastically by Tuesday/Wednesday. Oh and bet the overs what ever they are..
 
Gaytes O definitely looks good early but their defense is cheeks. Ole Miss is a bad matchup for them. Texas and Georgia also very likely L's and a surprise L to Mizzou or Kentucky is always possible.
 
I took Ol Miss money line at +130 on HRB. I really don't know what the odd makers are seeing. Is it because Lacy is looking to be out? I'm intrigued but I have to go with my biased guy on this one and think that Chambliss carved up their D regardless.

I watched most of the UF-Auburn game. UF did not take their foot off the gas. Only drive they went ultra conservative was their last drive of the game. They were pretty aggressive all game. Somewhat had to be since Auburn kept hanging around.

I do feel that UF was better than Auburn and was in control of the game for most of the game. They didn't dominate by any means, but they just seemed to be one step ahead of Auburn most of the time. Kind of reminded me of our game vs Louisville last year. Louisville led the entire game and we kept it close, just couldn't stop them on some critical 3rd and 4th downs. UF was money last night on 3rd and 4th down.

Still a good win for UF since they have only won one conference road game (Miss State, '24) the last two seasons, but that Auburn team is not a good team. They were lucky to survive a below average Baylor team. I'd be surprised if they win more than 5 games. I think Auburn will beat Vandy (overrated), Arkansas, and Samford.

UF is better than last year for sure, but we will know more about them after this next game.

Their new OC, Buster Faulkner is a competent OC and appears to be a good hire so far. He was abusing DJ Durkins for most of that game yesterday. He's levels above Napier as a play caller. I know that's not saying much, but that's definitely an improvement from last year.

I'm not super impressed with Philo, but he knows that system and is comfortable in it and knows how to run it. He's not better or more talented than Lagway, but he's less prone to mistakes and more efficient. So, their qb play is also better than last year. A healthy Philo is better than an injured and limited Lagway.

Their o-line looks improved. Wilson, Brown III, and Baugh are very good. Their back up running backs are better than last year.

Offensively, they are much improved from last year.

Now defensively, they appear to have taken a step back. They definitely have some holes and concerns on defense, but their offense will keep them in some games and win some of them. Last years UF team was not beating Auburn last night. Yes, Auburn is not a good team, but they are beating '25 UF.

Coaching looks better so far. Not saying Sumrall is good, but Napier was such a disaster. Wish they would have kept him for 10 more years.

Let's see what happens this week. Ole Miss is good. Hopefully Ole Miss goes into the swamp and thumps them. Maybe UF will start to implode. Their next 6 games, starting with Ole Miss, are not easy outs. Well, SC might be an easy out. I think they are like Auburn. It's not a "gauntlet" as they like to think, but it's a stretch of 5 better than average to really good teams.
