Downtown Gainesville is actually fancier than Midtown! There’s a steakhouse, a sushi restaurant, and a wine bar, as well as a theatre! Very classy.
I'll take your word. My only stops in Gainesville had me finding the place charmless.
I was being sarcastic. It’s definitely not a dining destination. We did lots of weekends in Tampa, Jax, or Orlando when we wanted better restaurants.
Something is seriously wrong with this guy. Why does he feel the need to lie about this little trivial stuff all the time. That's not normal behavior.
Plus, that’s especially not the way it worked - in Alabama - in the 80s and 90s when he was growing up. I would bet my house that he grew up a Bama fan, but also roots for Southern Miss because of his dad. And then he played for Kentucky in the early 2000s, so of course he has an allegiance there too.
Doering asked him if it would be weird playing at Kentucky and he did admit that it will be at first. He said he spent nine years there between playing and GA/coaching and he owes the university so much and is really grateful, but in the end it’s all about winning football games.
