This picture makes it look like they actually have space for all that...except that there is a football stadium, and a baseball stadium, and a softball stadium, and practice fields, and roads, and parking lots, and lots of other buildings, and absolutely zero room for anything showing there.

And why does it say $5.6 billion investment, but then the pictures says $6.8 billion complex?

It also says DOWNTOWN, but that is MIDTOWN. Downtown Gainesville is a few miles west of campus.

And it says KNOXVILLE COLISEUM???

And it looks like Vegas or Dubai.

This has to be complete BS.

This isn't just San Diego--it's Mission Bay--it's like the projects for white people. You can't imagine the amount of crime that goes on there on a daily basis--all kinds of tax fraud and parking violations. Not to mention it was number ONE in the country for library fines.

Reminds me of when I was giving feedback to direct reports that I was really struggling with.

I would always say, "You have an opportunity to improve..." instead of saying, "You need to work on..."
