I would imagine that @CaneFanWNY is referring to the fact that UF suspended its College Republicans chapter for, among other things, taking photos of members doing the ol' "Heil Hitler" salute.

However, I think most football recruits tend to agree with the Blues brothers...

This is definitely more Town Hall than Gator Tears.

This is the last that needs to be said of this here, but the university only acted after the state organization told them they were dropping them. The implication as far as negative recruiting is why didn't the university act first.

Oh, I read about that the other day, but that is insignificant to the sports teams and recruiting. The kids that are being recruited there could care less about that. They want NIL, girls, playing time and a shot at the draft.
I was hoping for a horrible internal scandal to get me excited this week. Lol

This falls under the heading of the why would you want to play for bigots and racists argument made for years while Bammer and UGA were cleaning our clocks on the trail.

To your point the kids don’t care as long as they are paid and no one tied to the university is overtly racist in their presence.
