Is that the place that's outside on the backside (near where you buy tickets to go up the elevator)?

When we FIRST got to Atlanta, we went to Pancake Social for brunch, but it was a customer service disaster and we haven't been back.

Inside, I like Five Daughters Bakery (also one over by Marcel in West Midtown), I LOVE H&F Burger (one of the UM alums on the Zoom call introduced me to that spot after the UM-GaTech football game a couple of years ago), I really like Hop's Chicken. My wife is a huge fan of Saint Germain Bakery as well. And Sugar Shane's. They sell some of the cookies (pre-wrapped) in the outfield of the Braves' stadium.

I am not much of a cookie monster, prefer really good bread, like in NYC, Abe & Louis, Motek, etc.

YES! Awesome chilaquiles, which is one of my favorite things in the world, although I think they don’t have it on the regular menu, just sometimes on weekends. Good drinks too.

We also LOVE H&F! We used to go to the main location a lot because it’s right by the Shepherd Center, but then they moved. Hop’s Chicken is great too, as is Saint Germain’s Bakery! I haven’t been to Sugar Shane’s…but surprisingly, I’m not a huge sweets person (hence why I put salt on my cookies!).

PCM also has my favorite Williams-Sonoma location. My Avalon location is not that big, unfortunately. And I like that huge random shop upstairs with all the cool local stuff.

I’m exactly the same way. Give me savory breakfast over sweet, and give me bread (or if you really want to sweet talk me, bread and cheese!) instead of dessert.

I even take the icing off of cake.

They had in insomnia cookies in Richmond by VCU when I lived there. I haven’t seen one out here that I can remember. Crumbl I see

lol, I’m not, but I do celebrate the biblical feasts outlined in Leviticus 23 and Hanukkah as an adult. My aunt on my mother’s side married a *** and so growing up I would go to Seders with them. I’m a Jesus follower through and through, but believe in the permanence in the covenants God made with Israel and for Hanukkah what the Maccabees did if there were no Jews there would be no Jesus. Blessings to you as Hanukkah is coming up shortly!

I’m so with you. I love Passover Seders. It’s just one of the most beautiful and culturally significant customs I’ve ever experienced. The whole meal is so moving to me.

I am not ****** (Evangelical Lutheran), as @RVACane knows, but being from South Florida and then living in NYC for three years, I’ve obviously known (and dated) lots of ****** people. And the ELCA Church is very big on questioning things, so when you go through Confirmation, you are required to research and go to other types of churches / services to make sure it’s the right one for you.

My kid loves them too, and he’d probably do the same if we let him. He already eats about 4x as much as I do daily. 🤣 I can only eat one at most.
