What a ***** move this is. Spend all that money on a buyout to then not go big fish hunting. If you didn’t have money for both, you stick with Billy until it’s cheaper.

We laugh at FSU, but given their financial situation and the coaching pool available, keeping MN is actually the sensible move.

First draft...takes one of the biggest bust at offensive line in the past 30 years - Luke Joeckel.
Second draft...drafts Blake Bortles.
Horrible evaluator of EDGE players and loves to draft UF trash - took Dante Fowler Jr. and KLavon Chaisson in R1...Taven Bryan, and CJ Henderson in the first round of the NFL Draft. Bozo the clown drafting.
Loves malcontent players like Jalen Ramsey and Yannick Ngakoue.
Drafted Leonard Fournette in the Top 5.
Drafted kid toucher Telvin Smith.

This guy has no idea what he is looking at or what makes for a good player and has no idea how to assemble an actual team and gives no ***** about a player's character.

Just about every HC has an ego that believes their way of doing it is better than everyone else’s.

It also doesn’t hurt to get paid $20-30 mil for 3 years of work to then receive a golden parachute equal to the rest of you contract.
