Anyone do a wellness check on the bull gator partner? We’re concerned
He was ready for the butt-kicking. But, he has moved into the “we are getting a new great coach” delusion.

I believe that Billy will be gone in their bye week. Gagway out rest of the year and portals out. Gators hire the next Urban only to discover he is a 7-5 guy…..

They already have the money ready and they want to do it this bye week, but they aren't going to let players declare a redshirt and transfer later which they can do if they fire him this week. That is the only thing holding them back. So the next bye it is.
Ah the old indentured labour model.

The Gaytes are out of their **** minds if they think they got a chance at Dan Lanning. UF is a step down from Oregon.

If we're being honest, Miami is a step down from Oregon, Mario just had love for his alma mater lol
Miami was a step down from Oregon for Cristobal as he'd built it up into a Playoff team and we were a mess.

4 years later though it's a sideways move at worst (and that's with Phil Knight throwing his billions around) and obviously in the coming years our ceiling is higher.

That was the 4th down play with like 1 minute to go
There were still over 2 minutes left, but it didn't matter if he makes that catch. The game was still over. They weren't going to score and then stop us and then score again. UF had to fight for every inch of every yard that game. Nothing came easy for them. Might have had a few plays on their only TD drive where it wasn't a complete struggle.

He dropped that pass because his mind and body were completely spent. We beat them up and beat them down mentally and physically.

Need Fisch and Washington to give OSU a decent game this weekend. He is 100% going to be there coach. "He is an alum and knows the Gator way"

He will put them in another 4-5 years of average at best. Probably get that 1 year bump where they go 9-3 and then the wheels will slowly fall off a bit more each year.
Fisch kind of reminds of Mcelwain a bit, hopefully he doesn't **** a shark.

Fisch will scheme it up but I suspect will struggle on the recruiting front.

is it crazy to say they’ll be a better team without Lagway holding them back?

Even if they get mediocre QB play, with their defense they’ll squeak a few wins out.
While thats true they're going to be rolling out a true freshman QB coming off a broken leg, they're hyping him for looking poised against Long Island, not sure he'll do the same vs. jawja or A&M

Screen shot of my troll post on their Reddit site
The comments afterwards are gold
There’s even a post stating when they hired Billy the best case was a poor man’s Cristobal hahahahahahah

Mull
It hilarious Mullen would have been fine in recruiting with a good NIL backing, and they ran him off
Mullen's gonna get another up at bat with a P4 and when he does, in this era of NIL, he's gonna make people pay for what they've said about him. Wouldn't be overly shocked if he took Wisky and brought them to promiinence.

Jed is Mullen 2.0. But, in today's college football the gators might just be able to buy a good roster for him. Talent evaluation will be the key.

Yeah, Fisch is miles better than Muschamp, McElwain or the LSU reject there now.

Mullen is a good comparison, but Fisch — as a UF alum who knows both his school and this state — has a lot more upside than Yankee Dan. Zero doubt in my mind Fisch would find a way to get the NIL spigot flowing in Gainesville.

His recruiting has been solid but not great at U-Dub, which is probably less about him and more about the university's reluctance to adapt to pay-for-play
