What’s hilarious is they said beck wont have a tenth of the talent that he had at Georgia. We were better at literally every position. Line backs receivers tight ends OC………only guy you could say is maybe Tate ratledge and Oscar delp

My wild *** guess is that they told Purdie the he could compete to start and when Lagway got wind he upped his bag demand, which then caused sling blade to go back to Purdie and take it all back.

Either that or Purdie had heard through the grapevine, maybe incorrectly, that Lagway would be portalling out, so he went in thinking he was in the running for the starting job. Because I don't see how he would go in thinking he'd have a chance at the job if Lagway were definitely staying

The offense will pick up were it left off if, canes get a WR1 and a couple young WRs to step up, Lyle and fletcher step up and add another RB for depth or get a RB1. Do I expect Beck to have a season like Cam Ward, no, but if healthy it will be one of the best in CFB for that season. I also think this offense will just look a little different more under center, use of a FB.

It's bizarre. UGa and Miami are both Top 15 teams, pre-bowl-games.

Yet they make a claim that we don't have "ONE-TENTH" of the talent of UGa. Ridiculous.

We may have lost to UGa when we played them. But it wouldn't be from a massive 90-10 talent deficit.

Let's not forget our common opponent, GaTech. Fairly even matchups, at least score-wise.

Miami is better across the board offensively than Georgia. Defensively….it’s another story but Beck doesn’t play defense. It took two seasons for Mike Bobo to totally run their offense into the ground and chase off their quarterback.
