You'd have probably won if Lagway stayed healthy.Called it….sorta

I mean if he's really that good... you definitely still bring him in and redshirt himDepends on injury, if he tore Achilles he won't be playing next year.
Naw, the better team won and was going to win regardlessUF was the better team they were just the way less talented team that lost a ton more talent during the game so eventually they just wore out
Outside of UF having a massive fg botch and the 3rd string QB not having a pulse UGA couldn't take the lead all game much less have breathing room. Since it's Gators tears I'll roll with it but I know UGA is awfulNaw, the better team won and was going to win regardless
If he’s out for a while, Napier going to use this Lagway injury to try to keep his job. “Look how well we were playing with a healthy QB.”
So they lose out and Napier stays…
Wait, who would win between FSU and Gators with 3rd QB?

Have a look at the stats. While they dont always tell the whole story, GA outgained FL 2:1. Those turnovers kept it closer than it should have been.Naw, the better team won and was going to win regardless

I agree that Lagway remaining in the game changes things completely, the Gators actually played well at times with that QB that had in there. I still think GA would have won, but it would have been much more interesting.Who’s to say we couldn’t/wouldn’t have created more opportunities for TO’s had we extended the lead and Lagway not gotten hurt?
But again, this is what happens and what you get when you are in year 3 and only have one HS recruited QB on the roster…..
He benched Preston Stone, who was a very good passer for him last year for Jennings who is a better runner. He also got D’Eriq King to come to Miami and only had to play TVD because King was hurt. Lashlee played for and coached under Gus Malzahn. His system almost requires a quarterback who can run.Plus Lashlee prefers a QB that is a passer more than a runner.
We still have room on this wagon and if it makes you feel better we’ve got a bunch of QB’s and I great one coming in..might want to think about jumping cause your ship is going down like it hit icebergs in 3-4 places on the ship..Who’s to say we couldn’t/wouldn’t have created more opportunities for TO’s had we extended the lead and Lagway not gotten hurt?

Injuries are a part of the game especially when you like to run your qb but UGA was f’d if Lagway doesn’t get hurt. UF’s D had them bottled up. Losing the qb and the offense dying drained the defense and they eventually broke. Lagway running and passing was giving UGA issues especially in the back end
