Can’t imagine any coach worth a darn who looks at that roster ( what’s left of it anyways) then takes a look at that schedule will want any part of that job cause that’s a 3 win max schedule at best…
So you either let Bayou Billy stay and he takes that schedule and losses up his **** shoot or they go get another second rate coach from FBS or somewhere like that who will jump at the first chance at a P5 job no matter that he knows he won’t / can’t win for a minimum 3/4 years…when they do that they might as well set the clock ticking for 4 years down the road when they will have to do this all over again.
What they will be going through for the next number of years is what we have been going through for the last 20+ years…

The amount of money they are paying/have paid this kid has to be astronomical.It has to be 5mil+ with at least 1 or 2 already paid .I still say he never plays a down ( maybe if Mertz get hurts next year cause I can’t imagine with that schedule next year you guys will have a whole lot of mop up duty where he can come in and play) there especially if they can BDB cause that’s his way out of this commitment he’s made to UiF.
