Honestly, did they think their season was going to go better? Literally everyone in the world predicted 6 or fewer wins for them. I believe their Vegas win total was 5.5. Were they convinced they were going to shock the world with “Murda Mertz”? All they can do is try to survive the season and hope they don’t totally lose their entire recruiting class by signing day.

If UF fires Napier already, whether justified or not, UF will likely end up with a worse coach. Buyout + the appearance of irrationally firing coaches quickly - what big time coach would go into that toxic situation?

I'm 2 blocks from Kathleen high school. As luck would have it I'm having my procedure Bartow Baycare lol. I'll vouch the white people around here are weird ignorant. Like a bad chemistry project gone wrong.

I lived in Lakeland for a few years and Barstow is right next to there.Worked for Piper Air Craft until they closed up..

I grew up in Seminole County, I know what Poke County is like. Some family friends moved out to Lakeland when I was about 10, we visited them frequently. As @SWFLHurricane can tell you, I used to drive up and down US 17 and US 27 when I lived in Fort Myers and I visited my family in Orlando on the weekends.

Also love hitting Parkesdale Market and Forbes Road Produce whenever I drive through that area.

Weird wild stuff down there in Poke. Lakeland is the most normal part, lots of Publix corporate types there to raise the average...

In all fairness I can understand the optimism coming off a statement win last week. I think a lot of us penciled that in as a loss for the Gaytes. On a much less positive note Milton could easily **** this up for us.

I know Bartow/Polk County pretty **** well. Those abandoned Phosphate mines made me a small fortunate in regards to Megalodon Teeth. And don't get me started on what I found off of Hwy 27 (Green Swamp area) back in the early 2000s.
