Problem with the Gatah is that 24/7 gassed them up so **** much after they flipped (and prior to tbh) Rashada that they fully believed they were going to cleanup. A Stanford degree, plus the connections and network you make are invaluable.
ATM is not a bad school but it has no where near the prestige of Stanford.
He probably got an extra $50K from ATM, so he thinks he’s winning.

This is overblown on here a lot. My best friend was on scholarship at Stanford for football for 5 years over a decade ago. He got his undergrad and masters for free but if he had gone to Arizona state he would still be the professional success he is now. Point is if you’re a d 1 scholarship athlete who takes classes seriously, lots of doors open for you.

I agree there is truth to that.
Just because you go to a certain school, doesn’t guarantee success or even value for the money.
****, most of the successful people I know, didn’t even go to college or went to some no name school, but they all have one thing in common, all have their own business. Some had to work hard for it.
However, if you are 3 or 4 star tight end, that has a less than 1% chance of making an NFL roster in 3 years and you have full ride to Stanford, you take the best opportunity in front of you.

They can’t accept that without urban they’re a middle of road sec team. Texas and oklahoma going to sec is only going to make things worse for them.
