TVD along with maybe another dozen players have received NIL deals with different dealerships where they get a free 4 year lease in exchange for them using their name, image and likeness to market their businesses. Totally violating the spirit of the law.

The true intent of NIL was to setup a pyramid scheme called a “collective” where fans donate money to pay for players so the individuals running it could skim off the top while the players were paid for bogus appearance fees.

Oh yeah I know about the BMW. But it wasn't from Miami. Like you said it's a legitimate deal with a local dealership. The exact intent of NIL.

I love the narrative that all these schools just want "a level playing field" after decades of the NCAA turning a blind eye to their cash cows in the SEC. They don't want level, they want any and every rule slanted to their side. NIL did level the field and they can't stand it. Man these tears are just extra salty, and I'm here for it.
