Yet the persist with the narrative that they are losing because of lack of money. Then explain losing recruits to FSU. Also someone said Bryant's Coach played for Charlie Strong at UF. Lmaooooo. UF should have hired Strong instead of this bum. They would have recruited Florida very well minimum

There is another finance principle of risk premium. Based on what our insiders are saying, the gaytes haven't always been reliable in payments. That alone would cause recruits with good representation to back off.

Well seems like UF needs to be the clear highest bid - to the point we're no longer in the ballpark - to win some battles. Desperation calls for drastic measures sometimes I guess.

UF would probably be smarter to just not overpay right now and just hit the transfer portal harder, but that's just my opinion...

Everyone else is using these “collectives “ that basically boosters donate to pay players which is illegal. Like I’ve said what company are these players representing? The university? Our athletes are not employees of a company. They are structured as indepent contractors just like a small business so they have to pay their own taxes.

Fortunately, Ruiz requires the athletes attend his seminar that teaches them how to operate as an independent contractor.

Really good point. Transfer portal players are usually prioritizing playing time, which they'll be able to offer more than any other roster soon enough. Only problem (maybe it's not a problem from our end) is they will have so many holes, they won't be able to get enough quality portal players to fill the roster. What terrible, terrible shame
