Is it supposed to be a insult that they call Miami “Coral Gables”. That’s like calling them the gaynesville lizards.

UF fans:

Gattis was a bad hire cause "meh" and "blah blah."

Also, UF fans:

Doesn't matter that Miami got him because Gattis is going to be a Head Coach next year anyway.
Yea he sucks but is going to be a HC soon lol.....alot of them are just in their emotions. There are some rational ones knowing it's a great hire. When they got Raymond most of us were rational and said that's a A+ hire. These dudes are delusional af. Are they worse then the day fan base or is it the same ****?

Same with them saying “Miami board thought they had a chance against bama.” No, we didn’t. 95% of the board thought we’d lose.

My daughter last year called me outside a McDonald's that some dude threatened to stab her. I went in that bytch ready to die.....as soon as I walk in a Spanish cat says tranquelo bro.....I grab my daughter get her to safety while another lady is throwing a chair. I go back in my wife calls and says macho turn around now screaming....I walk away I see the cops while I drive and tell them what happened. I go back home my daughter says she got involved and said something to the guy. I taught her then don't ever put your nose into some **** cause u don't know who's about that life. I lay on my bed put on YT and a video got recommended to me.....it said something like (I have a pic on my phone) killings at McDonald's fast foods. I thought wow God really showing me that walking away was the right move. But my daughter learned that day. That just happened last summer.
I know that wasn't the heights or dude would have said tranki mani

This ****e is just getting insaner and insaner...

First, you have to love the guy who invents a "low character" incident between Mario and Kayvon Thibodeaux. No details. Just a sideline outburst and zero context. He fails to mention any of the subsequent glowing comments that KT made about Mario and Oregon. Nope, the dopey Gaytor just reference 10 seconds of sideline frustration as evidence of Mario's "low character", rather than any interviews like this one from a couple of weeks ago.

Next, they invent some nonsense about Miami moving money around, as if the coach is involved in that. We have very rules-knowledgeable attorneys involved, but somehow the Gaytor fans invent some scenario as if Mario just has a pile of Scrooge McDuck money that he controls. Ridiculous.

But my favorite is the guy that said they have "more than enough backs anyway" and the other guy that acted as if Five Star Bowman and Five Star Lingard didn't get more playing time last year because Mullet was so intent on playing the upperclassmen (keep in mind, Five Star Lingard was a junior last year), and not because Five Star Bowman and Five Star Lingard are, you know, overrated busts.

Yep, the Gaytors are set at RB. They have a returning 300 yard rusher, two 5-star busts, a Sunbelt transfer, and an incoming freshman. They have a disastrous QB room and they have to play SEC defenses for 8 of their 12 games. I'm sure nothing will go wrong.
I literally don’t know what drugs these dudes take during the day. SwampGas aren’t like them.

Part of the fanbase thought we had a chance, the delusion there was insane and I never understood it. Fans like that stick out then u got other fans grouping everyone with those guys like if we all think this way,

There's a difference between a chance and a real possibility. I said we had a puncher's chance and one of the quality measures had the chance of us winning somewhere around 18%. For perspective, I wouldn't invest in something that had an 18% chance of success, but people still buy lottery tickets.

So basically Gattis is a bad hire who will also be a HC next year?

I guess there is logic to that if you just watched BDB become your HC!

You’d think he’d know having spent time at Bama but it seems exactly as you’re saying. How many of his staff came from ULL?

He got lucky with Raymond but beyond that, he doesn’t seem to have the ability to hire close to the level of coaches they’re talking about competing against. That takes time unless he’s a savant who can identify the best up and comers and catch lightning in a bottle throughout his staff.

On the recruiting side, I don’t see it and as it relates to him, he’s not a better X’s and O’s guy than Mullet so I’m not seeing championships or getting in to a 4 team CFP.

Gaypier took ULL coaches, recruits, and transfers.

Here's the funny thing. Since hiring Spurrier, the Gaytors have almost exclusively hired first-time HCs (Zook, Muschamp) and G5 HCs (Urban Meyer, McElwain, Gaypier). Only one time in over 20 years have they hired a P5 HC, and that was Mullet, a two-time UM HC rejectee.

And let's not forget, when the Gaytors **** all over Scott Frost while pining for Chip Kelly, the whole anti-Frost rationale was Frost not bringing his (national champion) coaches and recruiting with him.

If you are going to accuse any Florida-area school of being "mom-and-pop" with the coaching hires, it should be the Gaytors. At least we have hired a P5 HC twice in the past 20 years, instead of once.

And of those Gaytor names, only Urban Meyer was successful in Hogtown. He did bring over 4 of his Utah position coaches, but none of his Utah coordinators. But he didn't bring a bunch of Utah recruits and transfers along with him.

But to go back to the Gaytors' playbook, it's time to call the "wait until next year" play, even if you have no evidence or reason to do so...

Can't wait until Gaypier takes a 20-yard sack for the 2023 recruiting class...
