They’re so desperate for confirmation that their guy is good from recruiting sites. Do you think he can get play? Do your coaches think he can play? If the answer is yes, why give a **** about arbitrary recruiting rankings? It’s not like the kid is going to magically be a better player if his 247 composite rating goes up.

If theres one demographic of people that could be coerced and fleeced, its the "im boycotting but secretly gonna watch/stop kneeling for the anthem!" Type of morons, and Jacksonville played their asses perfectly with tebow. It's actually pretty funny that tebow in the NFL will never amount to anything more than a sales number for inbreds to gravitate towards to get that "good ole day" feel again.

Its sad they care about rankings so much.

It’s one thing to care about getting 4 and 5 star guys instead of 3 star guys. I understand that. But if your 4 star quarterback, who you believe is great for your team, isn’t ranked high enough you throw a fit? Who the F cares?

We have Jacurri Brown committed right now. Rhett Lashlee wanted him. He looks to be a pretty **** good QB prospect for us in the future. Do I give a **** where 247 has him rated? Or if some other QBs have higher ratings? Of course not.

They want to sit at the table with the cool kids... except the cool kids dont think theyre cool.

I mean 1 minute they praise Mullen ability to evaluate prospects and the next theyre crying about the guy being a 3*...

I would want my coach to be able to evaluate better than these recruiting sites. Who cares if hes not a 4 star or 5 ... if he fits what I want him to do and my system then thats who I want
