Probably is. But I'm sure Steele made Mullen aware of why he wanted to move. If you see your roommate doing questionable ****, which includes sexually assaulting coeds, I'd request a different roommate also. Steele's in school primarily to go to class and play football so he could eventually go to the NFL. He's not trying to deal with Jones' bull****.

Assuming this info is accurate, it may seem like a dumb decision at first glance, but read through this thread and UGAs 247. The guy was being associated with Jones's actions; that type of accusation can kill your career. Hard to blame the parents or him for the decision.

Regardless this is a blow to their secondary and beneficial for us.

Also, Steele made the request to change rooms before the sexual assault. He already knew Jones was a terrible person & wanted a new room. Staff ignored him. Man, Florida is such a dumpster fire that your star recruit knows someone is an awful person but the staff ignores.
