For those too young to remember or appreciate, LIU used to be called C.W. Post and it WAS named after the cereal magnate. They also have a college in Brooklyn. they didn't start playing football until 1957, ten years after FSU started football.

FSU started football when they renamed from the Florida State College for Women.

When I went to CWPost back in the early 2000s we were a good Division 2 team.
No good reason for going to FCS

Not much action for tonight most likely but they did miss a field goal. Long Island is maybe better than I expected but still trash

Lagway 9/11 for 50 yards with a little bit left in the first half. Talk about not pushing the ball downfield. Imagine that against an FCS team.
 
Very pedestrian effort for 1. Such a hyped QB to be in the natty by their fans 2. A game against a highschool team.
Real teams even of average caliber will waste the gaytor...
