Hopefully they give him a year to fire his staff and bring in new blood. Then the clock resets for another 2 years at least.
 
Man I read this and I need to start a KWConch Tears thread cause I’m crying I’m laughing so hard at these losers....I might have to reassess my 500 page projection.We might have that before Thanksgiving.

And by the way,this thread is over 400 pages and 1/2 a million views and has all kinds of ads at the top that CIS is surely banking from but yet no Pete Or DMoney around to congratulate the cast and crew of **** Tears....

This thread has or will set a record that will never be broken.Youd think you’d get a pop in by the execs to say thanks...JS

Evidently at least by them...the advertisers don’t think so though so that’s the important thing...lol
 
Ok, here's my new thing. I think we want McSharky fired this year. gayters have to swallow (they're good at that) the $12.5 mil plus the staph salaries putting them in a very deep hole. Then they have to hire a new coach/staph putting them even deeper, and I'm willing to roll the dice on that. I don't think they'll land somebody who can truly turn that ship around, and if they have to fire their next coach...

Basically, I think them having to pony up that buyout hurts them more than keeping the staph for another year. They'll suck next year no matter who's running the show, why not make them pay while they're sucking.

Nah, I say they keep McElwain as long as possible, then they go hire Jeremy Pruitt or like Greg Schiano or something lol.

Just don't want them to hire Chip Kelly.

I've read it somewhere that Chip Kelly prefers the NFL and has no desire to go back to CFB. Apparently he's not a fan of having to suck up and cater to 17/18 years old kids.

Lol... Chip Kelly would flop at UF too.

He was never a big time recruiter at Oregon, he had a lot of 3-stars from Cali & plucked the Polynesian kids from Hawaii & Utah.

He won because of X's & O's not Jimmy's & Joe's. He's an awkward dude who never enjoyed recruiting.

If he comes back to College, he'll go somewhere out West where it's small market, quiet media & patient AD.

He's been fired from his last 2 jobs in the NFL, he's not looked at as some world beater Coach that everyone is after.

You guys gotta remember this Florida we talking about, they got lucky with Urby, but he literally faked a Heart attack just to get the **** out of there.

UF is never going to hit a homerun like that again. Zook, Muschamp & McElway lol They're gonna **** it up, bet on it.
