I tried to tell folks two years ago.
The Alonzo situation has been amazing for us. He has brought NFL level scouting and evaluation to UM. He has overseen a massive uptick in our video resources. He is using NFL Combine interview questions to evaluate recruits. We are doing off-season exit interviews with all our players.
Everyone can try to emulate us, but I'm not sure how many will be able to sign a guy with Alonzo's credentials.
