Possibly that attitude has something to do with Meyer's success. Guys like McToofs blame the players, guys like Meyer figure out how to win with the players they have not wait for the one's they wish they had.

I may not like Urban Myth, but he plays the hand he's dealt.

Massive turnover, for any reason other than a guy is not fit to play I-AA, does a lot of damage to the roster. I know lots of tufff guys on this board like to act as if all non-starters who transfer are "no big loss", but we've got to play through with the rosters we have.

Never understood the point of(or the glee on this board about) getting rid of guys before you actually need their scholarship. Some guys may not be "Miami" caliber, but if they want to stay you let them unless you need that spot for somebody else right now.

Yes. Unfortunately, the hotel in Miami which my mother went to in order to escape worse conditions on Miami Beach has been evacuated and my mother was forced to go back to the beach. They are going to weather it out unfortunately. They have hurricane shutters but I know how badly it floods there just from a bad rain. I'm really hoping and praying for the best. Thank you for asking and for keeping them and others in your prayers.

I wonder what they'll do with all those suspended players now. They were supposed to be suspened this week. But now that the game was canceled, will their suspension end after what was really just 1 game? Just in time for Tennessee? Either way the tears should flow. They won't have them & they'll look terrible in offense. Or they will have them & they'll look terrible on offense.
