Under normal circumstances you’re correct…. But his commitment appeared to be forced and coerced. Meaning he wasn’t quite ready to shut it down. If things go south and other offers appear better he may have some animosity toward the gator staff for pressuring him to commit. I don’t think this one is over imo.easier to get them early and hold on to them, then try and get them to commit or flip later.
Yeah, a double legacy on top of it.RVA, it reeks of desperation, last-minute, and grasping for straws. Isn’t this guy like a double legacy, both parents went to UF, it was always thought he was going to UF, even a lot of family went to UF.
I mean if they can’t get that guy, fold program.
So is it the composite on 247 that’s just 247 or the one that includes 247, on3 and others? And just to clarify, this is the 247 composite HS recruiting class (because transfers never seem to end) on the Feb LOI Day. As determined by this link, officially:

2023 Recruit Football Team Rankings
In order to create the most comprehensive Team Recruiting Ranking without any notion of bias, 247Sports Team Recruiting Ranking is solely based on the 247Sports Composite Rating.247sports.com
Let's say by COB (6pm EST) the Friday Feb. 3 after LOI day in case there is some late paperwork. @flagator86 that all cool?
the crazy thing is that i'm sure things aren't as bad as it seems in their recruiting, but perception becomes reality and it spirals downhill ...

And Its the On3 ranking that is holding him back right now. They have him as the 155th player in the country. Funny enough On3 also has their own composite ranking called, Consensus. The composite is supposed to be the "one ring to bind them all" measure. Someone said it has recently been updated to include on3.

I usually follow the regular one as the Composite has or had some other horrible service like SI in there so I wanted to make sure. And Its the On3 ranking that is holding him back right now. Huh, I haven’t checked but I thought it was Rivals, 247, ESPN and now On3 with 247 getting a light more weight?I usually follow the regular one as the Composite has or had some other horrible service like SI in there so I wanted to make sure.
ESPN. That’s the one not SIHuh, I haven’t checked but I thought it was Rivals, 247, ESPN and now On3 with 247 getting a light more weight?
Lord those cleats look like trash. Are any of the Jordan cleats even good performance wise? Seem like they would be a hindrance
Will always remember Fason as the dude that Sean Taylor absolutely tossed like a toddler in the Brock Berlin game.
These clowns have me delirious. Half of 'em are howling for their "collective" to dump more buckets of money on recruits, and the other half are praying for the NCAA to sweep in and save them from the "corrupt" ravages of those using NIL (UM, Looooavil, MSU) to level the playing field....View attachment 193045
