Yeah but I am inferring from @dsddcane ‘s post that Wingo is part of the Eff UM out of spite brigade which I would assume would mean we weren’t recruiting him or passed. Otherwise, it makes no sense.

Actually no we didnt. We recently entered into that ring. We were passive about it before. He was one wait and see list.
