I see people here predicting a blowout. If that happens, great. I think we have the better team, but I'm expecting a dog fight.

Tennessee last year had an vaunted defensive line and a high powered offense and they went in to the swamp and lost. Not saying that's going to happen, I think we win.

But IMO this game will be tough and could go either way. Will depend on the line of scrimmage on both sides of the ball.

definitely not an easy game for us. first game of the season, extremely hostile environment...I am cautiously optimistic but if we lose I am not going to panic.

With all the new faces I think the rules about practice time hurts us. We really don’t get a ton of time in game situations

So logically tough rivalry game on the road it’ll definitely be a dogfight

Same time I’m way beyond having logical discussion about this game. We win by 165.

The other side of that coin is that the same goes for them. It sounds like there is a lot of practice going on after hours. Should be interesting.

oh for sure. We are the more talented team, we have a lot of new guys at critical spots

Just think if we have any disadvantages I’m searching for that’s one of them but really it’s not a big deal. Just not sure if this team hits the ground running or we start seeing their best ball 4-5 games down the road

But what you said is the critical thing. Sounds like Cam and the team have been doing everything in their power to practice what they can which sounds like a 180 from last year

Strange things happen in game 1. But if history is a guide, Mario has been pretty good about having his teams ready to play.

Only thing I'd take exception to with that is Tennessee didn't have no proven quarterback or a high powered offense. They were going into what I believe was the first season of having a back up QB with an entirely different skill set in Joe Milton taking over. All the rest has some merit. I think we take it by 10-13 points.

There's another wrinkle. All anyone's heard about is Cam Ward being the secret weapon. I think they'll focus heavily on him and discover the weakness in doing that once Martinez tops 100 yards. So basically after the first 2 drives.
