Have spoken with a bowl source this morning. Miami vs. South Carolina is a highly-possible TaxSlayer Gator Bowl matchup on New Year's Eve.

Don’t shoot the messenger but I figured I’d relay this information to y’all since I have a few connections in the football & athletic department at South Carolina as an alumni.

From what I was told by multiple people was that pretty much everyone is expecting to see a Miami vs South Carolina bowl game in Jacksonville in the Gator Bowl.

I do think it would be a great game and I think we would have a pretty good chance to win. South Carolina’s defense is **** poor and Miami could run through them pretty easily.

On the other side they have a pretty darn good offense and weapons all over the field so I could see being the best offense Miami has faced all year.

Richt will be sorry he didn’t get McClendon to come to Miami as he is having an exceptional year as the OC at South Carolina.

Bentley is probably one of the best QBs SC has had in a while.
The most talented of all the Bentley boys. His mobility helps him, and he's not afraid to take a shot.
