Last year's Toldeo, yes. This year's, no.Toledo's offense was better, and a worse match up for Miami.
I remember that game--and that brawl so well. This will be interesting if it happens because SC said they would NEVER play the Canes again after a major brawl that took place between the two teams years ago.

Clemson’s secondary has been suspect since last year.USC scored on clemson like we never have they are a better unit than toldeo, also with an experienced qb who is decently accurate on the move.

If we keep them to less than that it’s a great look for us imo.
This is not true. Dabo kept his starters in the entire game.the last 14 points we against their back ups
Bentley is probably one of the best QBs SC has had in a while.Don’t shoot the messenger but I figured I’d relay this information to y’all since I have a few connections in the football & athletic department at South Carolina as an alumni.
From what I was told by multiple people was that pretty much everyone is expecting to see a Miami vs South Carolina bowl game in Jacksonville in the Gator Bowl.
I do think it would be a great game and I think we would have a pretty good chance to win. South Carolina’s defense is **** poor and Miami could run through them pretty easily.
On the other side they have a pretty darn good offense and weapons all over the field so I could see being the best offense Miami has faced all year.
Richt will be sorry he didn’t get McClendon to come to Miami as he is having an exceptional year as the OC at South Carolina.
Lmao, yes it wasToledo's offense was better, and a worse match up for Miami.
I watched the game too and they were up 42 to like 21 and Clemson wasn't playing hard.. lol scar was trying to make the score respectable. I guess we watched the same game but saw different things. This is not true. Dabo kept his starters in the entire game.

This is a nice litmus test for Miami. Wipe the slate clean from the 2018 season and see where this team matches up with a pretty run of the mill SEC team.
Should be plenty to get up for here.

The new standard at Miami.![]()
They were only down by 7 after the 1st half...I watched the game too and they were up 42 to like 21 and Clemson wasn't playing hard.. lol scar was trying to make the score respectable. I guess we watched the same game but saw different things.
