As the felonies and arrests go up so do the gators rankings. Just ask Urban Meyer.

Why are so many young bros not adapt to the environment of higher learning and utilize the to refine their behavior and manors. Given a chance to earn, yes they do earn their scholie, an education to better position themselves in a competitive workforce, they maintain their ghetto mentalities like a badge of honor. I have relatives who revere their ghetto status. Don't ask me what their malfunction is, I'm as bewildered as anyone. Sorry MLK they don't share your vision.

Porter also is the second Florida defensive back arrested in the last six months.

Cornerback J.C. Jackson was charged with three counts of armed robbery stemming from an April 18 incident in Gainesville. Jackson is no longer enrolled at Florida.

According to Gainesville police, Porter confronted his girlfriend of two years in the early hours of Sept. 29 and accused her of being romantically involved with a teammate.
