I think brinson, physically is a year away personally. Has a similar frame to AR82 (going off film and some listed H/W) might even be a lil bigger at this stage..idk about a redshirt necessarily. But with depth I believe we have at WR and a full Off season together they have that they didn’t have last year I think it’s gunna be a hard path for a Fresh WR to get significant burn in the rotation. If I had to pick one TF it would be smith. He has difference making speed imo

We need a true number 1 to emerge. Haven’t had that since AR. Physically I don’t see anyone like that on the roster currently. Maybe Keyshawn Smith can develop into that.

Payton hasnt developed like many has hoped.

He’s a WR, he’s physically fine to play WR right now

In fairness to Payton we haven't really seen much of him at all. Redshirted first year, played limited reps last year while getting, or being exposed to Covid thus missing games, plus the recent meniscus tear. He's had pretty bad luck and personally I need to see him for a decent stretch of games to make a valid assessment of him.

Yeah he could if needed. If he had a full spring I’d feel even better about it..But with our depth why not get him a year with Feely, get him some burn in some blowouts..but other than that no reason to press him into playing IMO..now if he comes into summer workouts then fall camp And just looks like a difference maker well he taking someone ****..but I’m not sure how any opps he’ll get by the time camp comes around..

I’d say it’s Rambo and Harleys room rn..last szn definitely hindered Payton’s development along with others imo...AR was a co number 1 and the deep threat with Stacey in 2016 as a TR. as a soph he was the guy

Yes, during a game. Just one kid.

The parents after the game asked why the kids were all running after the game. I told them it was an in house issue, but I imagine the kids will say what it was. Knowing this kids parents, I don't think he'll be volunteering why they ran.

No. If they are good play the freshmen WRs no need to waste a year if they're leaving as juniors
