I can't put my finger on when they started delaying games for lightning but it definitely wasn't a thing when I grew up watching football.

I'll wait for joeyhh for the official forecast, but ECMWF has us dodging the rain from the 7:00 PM hour onward. We might get some drizzle in the late afternoon, so hopefully the advanced water management system at Doak is able to handle the 0.01" inches of water.
