Mario beat Ohio St in Columbus with:



Anthony Brown at QB



No Kayvon Thibedoux

No Justin Flowe



This UF team is not that Ohio team.

This UM team may not be as talented as that Oregon team, or they could very well be just as talented.

It was Mario's 3rd full season there (not counting covid season.)

I have no inside knowledge, just seeing rumors and have been around all the chat forums for 20 years. Doesn’t feel good. I’d be surprised if he plays. Coming here hoping for someone to shoot it down.

If not, Fletcher, Allen and Lyle will carry the load.

So you won’t say what you heard and say they are rumors yet you also say you would be surprised if he plays.

So what did you hear and from where?

I have about 7 posts on this site. I’m asking about an injury to a star player on gameday. I’m sure I look like a troll. The genesis of my question comes from something I read by a poster on canesport. He asked if Martinez was out. The rumor wasn’t deleted, which is what happens if inaccurate but the mods can’t or won’t comment. In this case all the mods on all the sites have agreed to not discuss injuries. So probably foolish for me to come here hoping for clarity. On top of that when asked in another thread who would lead the team in rushing the answer was Lyle. So it doesn’t feel good.

Word is that was a rumor some **** trolls started a couple of days ago because Mario wouldn’t release a depth chart and they didn’t see him highlighted in the camp videos Miami put out
