My Alma Mater and ten miles down the road from Lehigh, their arch rival. My hope is to hold Miami to 57 runs in FOUR games. As I have boasted here before, we have three national Football chapionships, 1896, 1921, and 1926. We also were involved with the invention of the helmet and the first huddle, when it was discoveered that Penn was stealing hand signals.

In an interesting intersection of Miami and Lafayette, the 1948 Lafayette team was invited to the Sun Bowl, Miami's "favorite" destination. Their leading player was an African American running back. They were told he would not be allowed to suit up for the game. They refused the invite and the poliicies were later changed for subsequent bowls.

Believe so - his ball has so much run on it, it's hard for him to come inside on hitters.
