I agree with everything you said minus the 93 straight part, Hugus' 93 plays like 98 with his rpm's which is why scouts are all over him. So when he has the revs on it hes elite, when he doesnt it looks like yesterday where he got hit around

More like his pitch decieves you with rise rather than heavy I think, and yeah hes projected around 100 in draft boards right now. But I completely agree about Ciscar's ease in doing so. He's such a nightmare for righties with how he sinks in and then throws the slider away.
