Auburn would match Treons skill set at Qb, unlike the guy they had at qb this year......Treon can pass. Perfect fit .
gotta agree, that would be the smart decision for him

I doubt it has to do with us offering him late.
Lmao
Because UF offered him so much earlier right?
No, but these local kids do take more offense in regards to the school in the city they live in...
Understood. But this kid is the all world best QB in the history of Florida according to some here. And 2 of the top 3 in state schools did NOT offer him as a QB until late. And the one that did, which everyone has been d*ck riding all this time as having gotten the greatest steal of all time, for some reason now, seem to have done something to cause Treon to start looking around. I mean this kid went from Mr. Super FSU commit recruiting everyone up there, and laughing at considering anyone else, to now taking trips all over and having "legitimate interest" in other programs. Maybe Jimbo hasnt exactly been treating him like hes the GOAT QB to come out of Florida. Why else would he be looking around being committed to the defending National Champions and supposedly being their "prized" Qb recruit?
i would hope they don't shaft rosier regardless of what happens. he just visited here and seems to really be excited.
mavericksouth - very good opinion. whatever your day job, you should possibly quit it and go into scouting high school defensive linemen.
Fact is, every SEC & ACC college coach in America is hot for Lamont, so your thoughtful scouting report may need some work.
Lamont injured his back during the end of our regular season and it definitely carried over, YET STILL he outplayed All American's Kentavious Street and Harold Landry in the last game of our season (Ask Jethro and LSU's defensive line coach, both in attendance). He was actually STRONGLY advised to not even go to Orlando due to his back but was sort of pressured to not miss the opportunity. Once there, never said a word about his situation, but was seen in pain and rushed to the ER the last day of practices. Still attempted to play in the game but was pulled by the coaches during warm ups. He has 2 bulging disk which EVERY COACH in the country knows about, but they also know of his ability. So to compare an injured kid in a practice vs some of the top offensive linemen in the country and claim he's overrated when he's medically proven to not be 100% does seem to be ignorant.
We here at Pine Forest are very thankful that the people that matter haven't decided to judge this kid based on one week of his career.
BTW, some posters here post about these kids as if they're pieces of meat. They're 17-18 year old boys who have the decision of their lives ahead of them. I'm a UM fan til the end but it's very realistic that NEITHER TV or LRG ends up at Miami. I'm just extremely thankful that they're both in the mix and looking forward to see how things play out.

Yes he'll be there and is excited. Long time in the making! As far as being UGA's only threat, I'm really unsure to be honest. His recruitment has picked up TREMENDOUSLY once word got out that he may be looking. All I can say is the only OV he will be taking other than UGA is UM.

i would be impressed if we can get both Gaillard and TV.

I'd have a full blown heart attack stroke.
Wonder what Pruitt did to get on this kid's bad side.
