### UM, already shaky on the offensive line, is facing the possibility of playing part of next season without likely starting tackle Taylor Gadbois, who might be suspended several games for an undisclosed rules violation, according to a source. There’s no final decision, and resolution is not imminent.

Gadbois is coming off a knee injury that sidelined him this spring.

(We have a sense of the violation but am not comfortable reporting it without additional confirmation.)

We've been saying that for months, Barry just saw it a thread recently

And Jackson said "might" to hedge himself

He bought an airbrushed t-shirt at the flea market that said "Me-Fense".

Gotta hold these kids accountable, only way the team can buy into the process.

unless this kid stabbed or raped somebody, we are not in a position to be suspending anyone. i bet its some stupid **** similar to what AQM got suspended for.

Did he push around one of Al's defensive players at practice or something? Can't have that sort of stuff going on; it might breed aggressiveness.

The siliver lining is that this will give Golden another excuse right after he says: "No excuses, the loss is on me."

Drugs Test suspensions for PED's (not saying it is this) can really vary as schools are often given the leeway of the penalty ---
"The investigation also found that penalties vary widely from school to school." Here are a few examples:
•At Notre Dame and Alabama, the teams that will soon compete for the national championship, players don’t automatically miss games for testing positive for steroids. At Alabama, coaches have wide discretion. Notre Dame’s student-athlete handbook says a player who fails a test can return to the field once the steroids are out of his system.
•The University of North Carolina kicks players off the team after a single positive test for steroids.
•At UCLA, home of the laboratory that for years set the standard for cutting-edge steroid testing, athletes can fail three drug tests before being suspended.
•At the University of Maryland, students must get counseling after testing positive, but school officials are prohibited from disciplining first-time steroid users.
