Ga Tech job - Ken Wisenhunt

To what receivers under what scheme is Williams going to throw to?

BIG LIFT to go from triple option to any other offense and vice versa.

Would take an HC several seasons of transitions before something coherent could really sustain itself on the field.

Interesting to see who takes GTech opening. Would be a step up for Service Academy HC...same system, but less athlete constraint and oversight.
I agree. GT has been recruiting for that option for several years now. It's going to take time to turn that around.

Only the softest of the soft shouldered Miami fans would actually be worried about this NFL retread who's never won anything ever. It's going to take a few years of recruiting classes just to have the personnel to transition from triple option to pro style. Not just Qbs and receivers but linemen also. Those knee diving hacks can't actually be expected to pass block. If anything, it's great because we no longer have to waste valuable practice time preparing for that horrible offense anymore.

What has Wisenhunt ever done? Best season was 10-6 with a bordeline hall of famer at qb and a hall of famer at wr. Hes NFL left overs. His NFL HC career is a wrap. Its grind as an OC or retirement gig in College. Hes Lovie Smith.

So you’re saying He’s basically an nfl Mark Richt

Is this a troll response? The guy asked which way they will go with the offense.
It’ll be interesting to watch.

The current roster is 45 various lineman, 6 fullbacks, a couple triple option quarterbacks, and some various skill players sprinkled into the secondary and wr.

There was a ****** moderator on this website that would always say he evaluates a coach depending on whether he maximizes his talent. “More with less, and not less with more,” or some sappy crap like that. Anywell, is Wisenut going to build a system around his talent, or build the talent around his system?

Yea I guess you could argue that except Richt has actually won Division and Conference championships.

He was HC of a team that made it to the SB you f-ucking ******. Explain how you get to the SB without winning the conference championship game? He also has a SB ring from being the OC of a SB winning team. Has Richt ever been a HC in a National Championship game before? All those years and never even made it to the NC game. Sad.

Don’t be dumb. The Chargers are putting up historic numbers, they are getting overshadowed by The Rams.

I’m not willing to bet that he’ll beat Alabama, but based on his background I’d bet money he will quickly turn GaTech into a Coastal contender, especially when looking at how 2018 went for the division
