Fyckeyes vs Gophers

Remember when you were confused about what I meant? THIS is what I meant. Not beating this OSU offense going all out running the ball because they're too talented to keep down
Nobody was confused with your comment. Clearly that hit a soft spot lol.

And your still off. HAving safeties on a island with Garrett Wilson has NOTHING to do with Minnesota on offense playing to win.

And Michigan should be his next stop. That style they play at Minnesota fits the big 10 school who can’t get to cherry pick level of athleticism and talent OSU does annually. Only question is Jim actually bringing Mich to its peak as a program
I hope he comes to Miami

Exactly. Announcers pretend to be perplexed, when it is obvious that a special exception is being made for a BCS team. Everyone knows the score, but no one says what is actually happening.
I think it was obvious that the line needed to be protected, it was Vegas not football driving that decision.

Man, I've missed this crap.

OSU vs Minnesota
UNC vs VaTech tomorrow
Penn St. vs Wisconsin on Saturday morning
Alabama vs Miami on Saturday afternoon
UGA vs Clemson Saturday night.
ND vs FSU on Sunday night.
Only thing I’ll add is JSU vs FAMU Sunday afternoon for the OBC, otherwise my football slate is the same.

Honestly, what Minnesota did last night is what I want to see from Miami. Keep it close within a half or 3 quarters and play hard as ****. Be aggressive. No one is expecting us to beat Bama but let's keep it an entertaining game.

Feel the same way, they took the lead and at one point it seemed like they had OSU on ropes and you legit felt like they could pull it out. No one is looking at minn in a negative light after that game even with all the explosive plays they gave up at end.. Hope we get the same type of jittery qb to begin the game and we can force some turnovers

I have to believe we match up better on the perimeter than Minnesota. We may not be able to compete as well physically (we look like we can on paper) but speed wise we shouldn't look entirely out classed like Minnesota did against OSU.

Bama does have some kids with elite speed on the outside though. Do they have any burners totin the rock? I know the starter is a bruiser super senior with some limitations.

Exactly.

What is frustrating in these situations is the announcers either ignoring what is an obvious situation, or pretending that it’s perhaps a questionable call...when it’s actually an unconscionable, truly corrupt call that gives evidence that playing the game might be pointless.
When they were showing replays of the hit the announcers were quiet for a good amount of time. Im assuming production was telling them what their opinions would be at that time.
